Someone Still Loves Every Single One of Us

stated simply... i'm petrified. terribly frightened that not nearly enough folks are gonna come check out Sunday night's show w/ HARRY AND THE POTTERS & (more importantly) SOMEONE STILL LOVES BORIS YELTSIN.

seriously... i'm terrified. panic-stricken. trembling w/ a sense of impending dread & doom. but then i throw SSLYBY's debut, "Broom" (originally self-released - recently re-issued by Polyvinyl), on and it all kinda flys out the window.

as this record simply won't let me be anything but hopeful & happy & committed to my mission. (my mission from Jah!)... to spread the gospel! to spread the word about how Music can help & heal & suggest a better brighter future. how music can liberate us all from what ails us & hurts us & scares us... and yknow, the horrible reality of our over-developed globe. even if it's just for a fleeting moment here & there.

anyway... i could go on and on and on... and i will sooner than later. but for now i just wanna share some tunes with ya...
