Harry Potter veteran
Rupert Grint stars in Ed Sheeran’s new music video Lego House – as the singer’s crazy stalker.
The first part of the film shows the actor singing the song, hanging out on a tour bus, and actually penning the Lego House track.
In fact, viewers could be forgiven for thinking that Rupert is playing Ed in the video, due to his passing resemblance to the crooner.
However, when Grint gatecrashes one of The A Team singer’s gigs, it emerges that his character is in fact a crazed fan.
His bunny boiler tendencies are fully revealed as the video goes on, with Grint at one point lovingly munching on some of Ed’s old gum before sitting in a room full of dolls with his face on.
The tongue-in-cheek video ends with the actor lounging contentedly on the sofa with one of his Ed dolls.
Sheeran previously told The Sun: ‘When I was coming up with ideas for the Lego House video, I knew that I wanted Rupert to be in it.
‘I’ve grown up with the Potter films and have massive respect for him as an actor. This video is going to be brilliant.’
